During the consultation, we'll discuss your vision for your hair color or extensions, ensuring I understand your preferences and lifestyle. My goal is to create a look that not only enhances your natural beauty but also fits seamlessly into your daily routine. With my professional expertise and caring approach, I'm committed to achieving the best results for you with your full understanding of the appointment.
Cancellation Policy
I require 48hr notice should you need to cancel or reschedule. Should you cancel with less than 48hr notice, a "50% cancelation fee" will be applied to the card on file. “NO SHOW” your appointment, and your card on file will be charged a percentage based on the service that was booked. First time “NO SHOW” a "50% no show fee" will be applied to the card on file. “NO SHOW” a second time a “75% no show fee” will be applied to the card on file. “NO SHOW” a third time you will be charged “100% no show fee” to the card on file. If you’ve “now showed” three times you will no longer be able to book online. You will also be required to pay 50% of your service at the time of booking. If you “no show” this appointment your card on file will be charged the remaining 50% of the service, and you will no longer be able to book with my for future appointments. You will be required to sign my policy form prior to your appointment.
